City's Digital Team Expanded by Four New Managers
In a significant move for digital transformation, the city of Pforzheim has welcomed four graduates from the "Digital Administration Management" course into its administration. These graduates, hailing from the Universities of Public Administration in Kehl and Ludwigsburg, have brought their expertise in digital administration, management, and legal aspects to the table.
The "Digital Administration Management" course, a new program that began in September 2020, has produced its first graduates. The city of Pforzheim has been the top employer of these graduates among the authorities of Baden-Württemberg, demonstrating a commitment to digital innovation and modernisation.
Nina Schäfer, one of the graduates, is working diligently on integrating sustainable process management and digitizing the office in Pforzheim. Another graduate, Patrick Paré, has taken up the role of the head of the new central administrative department of the Office for Public Order, where he is tasked with introducing and establishing professional process management.
Jacqueline Lichti and Selina Kohlhase, also graduates of the course, are serving as project managers in the Smart City department of Pforzheim. They are supporting the implementation of the Smart City strategy, aiming to make Pforzheim a more connected and sustainable city.
