Elisabeth-Selbert School's 'Fit for Job Interviews' Training Empowers 64 Students
The Elisabeth-Selbert School in Zierenberg recently hosted a 'Fit for Job Interviews' training session, with 10 dedicated career mentors volunteering their time. This project, running for nearly 15 years, is a collaborative effort between schools and the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration.
Coordinated by Danielle Rodrigues, the training saw 64 students honing their interview skills in realistic scenarios. Volunteers, who enjoy their commitment and receive regular training, provided valuable feedback on application documents and personal appearance. Brigitte Vogler, the project coordinator, can be reached at 0561 1003-1275 or [email protected] for further information.
The project offers more than just interview practice. It also provides individual support in securing apprenticeship positions. This year, nearly 400 young people have benefited from the career mentoring project's comprehensive training offer.
