Entrepreneurs in Sverdlovsk will receive insight into fresh legal regulations for management through a sequence of live broadcasts.
The Sverdlovsk region, a bustling hub of industry and business, has launched a new initiative called "Trust-Based Control" (Доверительный контроль). This project, a joint venture between the Sverdlovsk Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (SRFES) and the regional Ministry of Economy and Territorial Development, aims to strengthen the relationship and cooperation between businesses and government regulatory agencies.
The project's key objectives include reducing bureaucratic obstacles, enhancing transparency and dialogue, improving compliance culture, and accelerating business development. By fostering mutual trust and cooperation, the project seeks to replace purely formal inspections with a system where compliant businesses face reduced oversight.
Valery Pilichev, Director of the Sverdlovsk Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, stated that the live broadcasts within the "Trust-Based Control" project have collectively received over 86,000 views since the beginning of 2025. These broadcasts, which have been providing news, expert content, and useful information for businesses since 2020, cover topics such as business operations in cultural heritage sites, requirements for tour guide activities, quarantine and phytosanitary conditions, land supervision, electronic interaction with Rosreestr, export of products, and import of foreign goods suspected of being illegally transported across borders.
The first broadcast, dedicated to the implementation of state control in the tourism industry in the Sverdlovsk region, has already taken place. The next broadcast, scheduled for August 14, 2025, will focus on "Control in the Supply of Food Products to Social Institutions".
The project also aims to address the fear entrepreneurs have about oversight activities due to a lack of knowledge about the nuances. Tatiana Gladkova, Deputy Minister of Economy and Territorial Development of the Sverdlovsk region, stated that an effective dialogue between the state and the business community is a crucial condition for economic development.
With nearly 500 accommodation facilities and over 200 tour guides whose activities will be assessed, the "Trust-Based Control" project is a significant step towards improving the regulatory environment in the Sverdlovsk region. By creating a partnership model where regulators act as consultants and supporters rather than just enforcers, the project hopes to stimulate economic growth and reduce administrative barriers.
The "Regional Newspaper" previously reported that representatives of Ural brands are invited to participate in the international forum "Fashion Alliance". The live broadcasts on the SRFES platform can serve as a great feedback mechanism for the business community, helping to identify growth points and providing practical recommendations for reducing legal risks.
