Good Things Foundation Founder Helen Milner Retires After 15 Years

Helen Milner, the dedicated Founder and Chief Executive of Good Things Foundation, has announced her retirement after 15 years of service. Under her leadership, the organisation has flourished, building a network of over 7,000 organisations and supporting over 1.3 million people in the last three years alone.

Milner will continue to contribute to the organisation in a reduced capacity, maintaining her roles on the board and as an advisor. She will balance her time between the UK and Australia post-retirement. Liz Williams, the current Chair of the Board of Trustees, will take over as the new head of the Good Things Foundation, expressing gratitude for Milner's unwavering dedication and commendable achievements.

Meanwhile, the Education Technology Innovation Hub (ETIH) is set to host the Innovation Awards 2026. This global event celebrates excellence in education technology, with a focus on workforce development, AI integration, and innovative learning solutions. Entries are open to organisations across the UK, the Americas, and internationally.

The winners of the ETIH Innovation Awards 2026 will be announced on 14 January 2026 and featured in the first print magazine of the awards. Milner's retirement marks the end of an era at Good Things Foundation, but her continued involvement ensures a smooth transition to new leadership under Liz Williams.
