IEAA Opens Nominations for 2025 Excellence Awards Honouring Top International Education Professionals
The International Education Association of Australia (IEAA) has opened nominations for its prestigious 2025 IEAA Excellence Awards. The Awards, now in their 17th year, recognise outstanding individuals and teams contributing to Australia's international education sector.
Nominations are welcome across seven categories, including Distinguished Contribution, Leadership, and Tony Adams Rising Star. IEAA President Professor Ren Yi emphasises the significant impact of international education on Australian jobs and students' dreams. IEAA Chief Executive Officer Hon Phil Honeywood highlights the passion of Australian professionals in this field.
The deadline for submissions is Sunday 13 July 2025. Nominations must be submitted by an IEAA member, except for the Outstanding Postgraduate Thesis category. Winners will be announced at the 2025 Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) in Canberra from 14 to 17 October.
