Infosys Foundation Introduces Springboard Livelihood Initiative to Empower 5 Million Job Seekers by 2030
The Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program, a significant initiative by Infosys Foundation, was launched in July 2025. This program aims to create 500,000 employment opportunities in India by 2030. The program focuses on job creation, providing training in high-demand and cutting-edge technologies, delivering foundational workplace readiness modules, and enabling job seekers to develop skills that meet industry needs and the evolving AI-age demands. The Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program is implemented via Infosys Springboard, a flagship digital learning platform from Infosys. Over ₹200 crore has been committed for the first phase of the program, which has already facilitated over 80,000 job placements in FY25.
Infosys Foundation is collaborating with nearly 20 implementation partners, including experts and industry leaders, to curate diverse job opportunities and design industry-relevant curricula. These partners include ICT Academy, Unnati, Nirmaan, Magic Bus, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, Centum, CII Foundation, and NIIT Foundation.
