Our website is seeking a talented Journalist / Copywriter for the Asia region. This full-time role requires solid reporting skills, clear content creation, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. The position is open to candidates based in Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of media industry experience and strong writing and editing skills. They should also possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of our target audience. A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in a second Asian language and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include news gathering, interviewing, editorial content planning, writing news reports and features, project management, and tracking impact metrics. The role requires a strong interest in sustainable development and a team-oriented work ethic. Typical qualifications also include 3+ years of experience in digital and social media strategy, audience engagement, and content creation across major platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
