Klingel workers will receive assistance from the employment agency in an efficient and practical manner.

In a bid to address the largest wave of layoffs in a single region in her career, Martina Lehmann, CEO of the Nagold-Pforzheim Employment Agency, has taken initiative to help Klingel employees find new jobs. The job fair, which took place on August 30, 2023, at all Klingel locations in Pforzheim, attracted over 900 employees.

The agency is working in collaboration with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) to place Klingel apprentices with other companies in the region, ensuring their training continues uninterrupted. Over 60 companies have expressed interest in hiring Klingel employees through the agency's employer service.

In a move to provide more job opportunities for Klingel employees, the Employment Agency will host another job fair with partners in October. To support affected employees, the agency has established eight job placement offices specifically for Klingel employees. These offices aim to provide a familiar environment for employees to meet with agency staff and explore new career prospects.

The job-seeker registration for the affected employees is currently underway, and Klingel employees have shown reliability during the scheduling process. The job placement offices will operate at Klingel's locations in Sachsenstraße, Dennigstraße, and Im Altgefäll, starting September 18, 2023.

Martina Lehmann remains optimistic about many affected employees finding new jobs in the coming weeks. For those interested in the latest job opportunities, it is recommended to contact the Nagold-Pforzheim Employment Agency directly or visit their official website for updates.
