Local student from Seversky High School has successfully accomplished a 200-ball math challenge, demonstrating impressive mathematical skills.
In the recently concluded Tomsk region's 2025 EGE (Unified State Exam), a significant number of students showcased exceptional academic prowess across various subjects.
The most popular subject chosen in the additional EGE period was informatics, with 236 students selecting it. Math, both at profile and basic levels, followed closely in third place, with 194 students choosing it. Social studies was the second most popular subject, with 224 students opting for it.
Among the top performers, Artem Gakhov from Severka Lyceum stood out, having achieved the highest result in informatics during the additional EGE period. Notably, Artem also scored 100 on the math profile exam during the main period of EGE. However, his highest result in the EGE was in the math profile exam, as opposed to informatics as previously reported.
Artem Gakhov's impressive achievement made him the fourth 200-pointer in the Tomsk region in 2025. Another notable achievement was by Ekaterina Remizova from the Academic Lyceum named after G.A. Pshae, who achieved the highest results in Russian language and history during the main period of EGE.
Daria Pchelinцеva, a graduate, excelled in chemistry and physics, securing the highest results in these subjects during the main period of EGE. Stepan Kiselev, another graduate, achieved the highest results in profile math and physics during the main period of EGE.
It's worth mentioning that 767 out of the 1,004 graduates who retook the EGE improved their results, while 86 remained unchanged. The specific top scorers in the math and informatics categories of the EGE in the Tomsk region are yet to be officially published.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it is recommended to check the official Tomsk regional education department or Ministry of Education websites, review official EGE 2025 result publications or press releases specific to the Tomsk region, or contact local educational authorities or schools directly in Tomsk.
Individual top scorers’ names and scores are typically confidential to protect students' privacy until officially released.
In the realm of education-and-self-development, online-education platforms could provide supplementary resources for students aiming to excel in subjects such as math and informatics, thereby enhancing their learning experience. Artem Gakhov, despite his exceptional performance in the EGE, particularly in math, might find online resources beneficial for further honing his skills in informatics, a subject where he stood out but didn't exceed his math scores.
