Opportunity for Fifty Ambitious Youths to Serve as ADECCO CEOs for a Month

In an effort to combat youth unemployment and provide opportunities for ambitious youngsters, the world's leading HR solutions provider is offering the "CEO for One Month" program. This unique initiative, first launched in Norway in 2011 and becoming an international initiative in 2014, provides a platform for 50 entrepreneurial youngsters to gain hands-on experience in executive leadership, mentorship, and real-world business challenges.

The application process for the "CEO for One Month" program typically involves submitting an application form, sometimes including essays or project proposals, followed by interviews or assessments to evaluate candidates. To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate proven leadership or entrepreneurial interest, strong motivation, and the ability to take initiative, ready to engage with complex business scenarios.

Selected youngsters will work alongside top management in their respective home countries from June, gaining experiential learning under real CEO guidance, networking with industry leaders, and insight into operational and strategic business functions. Successful participants have progressed to careers at the group's various locations, such as the USA, Japan, and Switzerland.

The program is part of the group's broader efforts to combat youth unemployment, with over 3,000 internships and apprenticeships provided under the Way to WorkTM initiative in 2015. Alain Dehaze, the group's CEO, expressed his anticipation for welcoming the 50 'CEOs for One Month'.

Lack of experience is the main barrier for entry-level vacancies, according to 40% of employers. The "CEO for One Month" program aims to help youngsters build their careers through training, guidance, and opportunities, contributing to bridging this gap.

The group will celebrate its Street Day on March 17, 2016, sharing expertise and guidance with job seekers in almost 60 countries.
