Currently, the kindergarten Heideknirpse in Bispingen is facing a potential three-month closure from October due to staff shortages. However, the DRK district association Soltau is working diligently to find a replacement quickly to avoid temporary closure. In the meantime, the kindergarten is under the leadership of Susanne Hagel, who is currently the director of the Sonnenblume kindergarten.

The kindergarten Heideknirpse has one group in the elementary area, with 20 places available and 15 children currently enrolled. Unfortunately, a staff member resigned abruptly, giving only six weeks' notice instead of the usual ten. The parents of the kindergarten have offered support and help in response to the staff situation.

The DRK and the municipality of Bispingen are coordinating with the state youth office to address the staff shortage. The new director of the Heideknirpse, Susanne Hagel, has not yet specified an exact start date for her tenure.

The kindergarten employees, consisting of two kindergarten teachers and one social pedagogical assistant, receive more than 3000 euros gross per month and 33 days of vacation after training. A successor for the Heideknirpse has already been hired, but will not take over until they have been trained.
