Confirming a Child's Place in the Free Club Voucher Queue in Kazakhstan

ArtSport, a renowned organisation, has been offering free clubs and sections vouchers in six cities across Kazakhstan since June 1. These cities include Nur-Sultan, Shymkent, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Atyrau, and Aktobe.

To confirm a child's place in the queue for this voucher, parents or guardians must first register and log in on the official project portal designed for free club vouchers. To do this, they must have a verified account, which typically involves completing identity verification using the Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) system.

Once verified, users can submit an application for a club voucher on behalf of their child. This application may require uploading documents proving the child's identity, residency, or eligibility. After submission, the system places the child in an electronic queue for the voucher.

Confirmation of the place in the queue usually happens via notifications on the portal or by SMS/email confirming registration and queue position. Users can monitor their queue status and download or print the voucher once available from their profile on the portal.

It is essential to note that the voucher is tied to the child, not the organisation. This means that if a child is registered for the voucher, they are the only ones who can benefit from it. The voucher is not applicable to multiple clubs, and it is not recoverable if not confirmed by September 1.

To confirm, users should go to the "My Children" section and click on the "Queue Details" button. In the pop-up window, they should select "Confirm Queue".

Requirements for service providers will be tightened, ensuring that only eligible children receive the vouchers. The ArtSport platform will detect any attempts to use someone else's EDS, maintaining the integrity of the system and the fair distribution of vouchers.

For detailed step-by-step guidance, precise portal URLs, verification methods, or document lists, users should refer to the local government websites or the official portal dedicated to children’s social services and club enrollment. Verification standards typically require national ID confirmation consistent with Kazakhstan’s electronic government authentication system.

Engaging in the free club voucher program offered by ArtSport in Kazakhstan can contribute significantly to a child's education-and-self-development, fostering personal-growth through various clubs and sections. Encourage learning by monitoring the child's queue status and ensuring the voucher is confirmed before September 1 to avoid losing the opportunity.
