Park University to Conduct Initial On-Site Kansas City Region Graduation Ceremony in over Two Years Time

Adelaida Severson, a distinguished alumna of Arizona State University (ASU) and the CEO of Bushtex Inc., an international satellite communications firm based in Gilbert, Ariz., will be the keynote speaker at Park University's Kansas City Area Fall Commencement on December 11, 2021.

The commencement ceremony will take place at the Community of Christ Auditorium in Independence, Mo., starting at 10 a.m. Due to capacity limitations and pandemic social distancing guidelines, the event is ticketed.

A total of 316 Park University students are eligible to graduate, with 200 scheduled to receive a bachelor's degree, associate degree, and/or undergraduate certificate. Additionally, 116 students are set to receive a master's degree and/or graduate certificate.

All individuals in attendance at the ceremony are expected to wear face masks or coverings while inside the Community of Christ Auditorium. More information about the commencement ceremony can be found on Park University's website.
