Police Launch 'AnsprechBAR' Dialogue Series for Students

Police Headquarters Recklinghausen is launching a unique dialogue series, 'AnsprechBAR', aimed specifically at students. The series aims to engage young people in discussions about online dangers, knife violence, radicalization, and civil courage. The event series will create a relaxed atmosphere using an Airstream trailer and interactive formats.

The dialogue series, starting on September 18, 2025, in Dorsten at the Paul-Spiegel-Berufskolleg, will visit various schools in the Recklinghausen district and the city of Bottrop until early October. Each city will host the event once. The goals of 'AnsprechBAR' include enlightening students about digital crime, preventing violence and radicalization, promoting media competence, and fostering trust between police and young people. The police will use an Airstream trailer and interactive formats to create a relaxed atmosphere for these important discussions.
