Police Launch Innovative Dialogue Series 'AnsprechBAR' for Students

Police Headquarters Recklinghausen is set to launch an innovative dialogue series, AnsprechBAR, tailored specifically for students. The kick-off event will take place on September 18, 2025, at the Paul-Spiegel-Berufskolleg in Dorsten. Media representatives are invited to attend and are asked to register with the police press office.

The AnsprechBAR will visit schools in the district of Recklinghausen and the city of Bottrop until early October. The police will use an Airstream trailer and interactive formats to create a relaxed atmosphere and evoke emotions among the young people. The event series aims to engage youth in conversations about online dangers, knife violence, radicalization, and civil courage. The goals of the dialogue series include enlightening young minds about digital crime, preventing violence and radicalization, promoting media literacy, and building trust between police and young people. Annette Achenbach, head of the press department, serves as the contact person for media inquiries and public communication for the police in the region.

The AnsprechBAR dialogue series, starting on September 18, 2025, seeks to educate and engage young people in crucial topics. With interactive formats and a relaxed atmosphere, the police aim to build trust and promote understanding between young people and law enforcement.
