Sverdlovsk Oblast Launches Teacher Support Commission

Sverdlovsk Oblast has launched a commission to safeguard the professional honor and dignity of teachers. The initiative, part of a federal project, aims to support educators and uphold their rights. Applications for assistance can be submitted via the regional Ministry of Education's official website or by email.

The commission, headed by Acting Minister Svetlana Trenikhina, comprises representatives from various bodies, including the regional Ministry of Education, trade unions, labor inspectors, local governments, and the affected schools. Yulia Grigorieva leads the commission as its head.

Established at the request of Governor Denis Pasler, the commission seeks to empower teachers and ensure they feel secure in their rights. It investigates applications, determining if ethical norms have been breached, and offers recommendations to resolve disputes.
