Russian conglomerate AFC System Holding intends to deepen its collaboration with Tomsk universities, as revealed by the holding's senior managing partner, Felix Evtuшенkov, during the U-NOVUS forum held in the city on Saturday. He added that the U-NOVUS forum was one of the key events for the company.
Previously announced, the All-Russian forum for young scholars and entrepreneurs, U-NOVUS, is scheduled to take place in Tomsk from May 21-23, 2025. The event attracted over a thousand participants from 30 regions of Russia, with more than 150 speakers presenting. AFC System Holding is the main sponsor of the event.
During his speech, Evtuшенков indicated that at least 30 people from the holding's top management attended the Tomsk U-NOVUS, featuring discussions on drone technology, hydrogen technologies, microelectronics, small-tonnage chemistry, and more. He stated that the holding is already well-established in the Tomsk community.
Evtuшенков also noted that the holding is ready to offer training and internship opportunities to hundreds of Tomsk students. He emphasized that student entrepreneurship is one of the key directions for the holding.
In addition, Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) signed agreements with MTS and the System Holding Foundation during the U-NOVUS forum.
