On Friday, 64 young talents began their professional journey at LVM Insurance, marking the company's largest apprentice intake in history. The news was shared in an email sent by Carmen Molitor, and a press release about the apprenticeship start, named "115-pm-20250801_apprenticeshipstart.pdf", was attached.

Dr. Thorsten van Beeck-Stumpp, head of talent development at LVM, expressed delight at the great interest in the training opportunities and the high motivation of the young colleagues. More than 232 trainers in all specialist areas are taking care of the young talent at LVM. The new apprentices include five IT students, three insurance economics students, three IT system integration apprentices, one housekeeper, and one cook, demonstrating the diverse range of training occupations and dual study programs available at LVM.
