The Million View Club (MVC), a leading education and community platform for YouTube creators, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team. The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the MVC web platform and preserving its design-driven brand identity while enabling scalable growth. Your primary duties will include refining UI/UX for a smoother onboarding experience, optimizing performance, running growth experiments, and enhancing mobile experience and accessibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-stack experience with React and Next.js expertise
- Proficiency with TypeScript, Tailwind, Stripe, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with subscription-based platforms
- Familiarity with growth engineering, CRO, or A/B testing frameworks
- A strong design eye, comfortable implementing complex, non-standard layouts
- Portfolio showcasing design-heavy web apps with examples of complex UI/animations
Responsibilities
- Ship pixel-perfect UI with sophisticated interactions
- Maintain subscription flows and database policies
- Continuously test and iterate on onboarding and pricing models
- Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to identify and eliminate friction
- Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining and improving the MVC web platform
