Zabaykalsky Krai Launches 'Zemsky Tutor' to Combat School Bullying
Zabaykalsky Krai's Governor Osipov has launched the 'Zemsky Tutor' program. The Department of Education has reported a rise in conflict resolution services in the region's educational institutions.
The program appoints Alexei Ivanov as the Zemsky Tutor. Ivanov will work in schools to facilitate mediation services, aiming to restore good relations, regain trust, and repair damage caused by conflicts. The regional government and local authorities will create and operate these services, with support from the Ministry of Education.
